Aid Ability Care can help you find a home to call your own if you are looking for one. We can even help match you to the right flat mates too! You’ll get a dedicated Customer Engagement Manager to make it easy and guide you every step of the way. Already got a place to live? Great! We can provide all the in-home supports you need. Here’s what you need to know about our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services.
What support will Aid Ability Care provide me?
Once you’ve found your new home, we can give you the support you need to live there. From day-to-day tasks to build your skills right through to overnight support, we’ve got you covered.
  • Cleaning and laundry

  • Personal care such as showering and dressing
  • Going to appointments
  • Taking medication
  • Taking up a hobby
  • Learning to catch public transport
Who Will I be living with?
We know it’s important that people click and get along. We’ll work really closely to learn about who you are and what you like, to match you with the right housemates! Before you move in, we’ll even organise several ‘meet and greets’ so you can check out who you’ll be living with. As well as get to meet the Aid Ability Care team who will be supporting you. So when the time comes, you’ll already feel right at home! And, if it’s not the right fit, we work with you to find one that is
